HISTORY

Seven Kings Holdings, Inc. , and its principals, JC Solomon II and Raymond E. Graziotto, is a private real estate development and management firm, recognized for their reputation for creating, acquiring, holding and managing lifestyle, resort, commercial, office and marina communities. Principals of the Jupiter-based Seven Kings Holdings, Inc. have more than three decades of experience in real estate development and sales, hospitality development and management and operation, and the development and operation of marinas and luxury residential multi-family development.

Currently, Seven Kings Holdings, Inc. is co-developing a 180 million dollar marina and luxury condominium development in Riviera Beach, Florida. Inlet Harbor Marina and Marina Grande at Inlet Harbor is currently breaking ground with an anticipated 25 wet slips, 300 dry stacks, and 351 luxury condos which sold out during the pre-construction selling phase. Utilizing Seven Kings Holdings' diligent efforts at this exclusive and unique property, Inlet Harbor Marina and Marina Grande at Inlet Harbor is the initial and focal centerpiece project for the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) initiative in the City of Riviera Beach.

The Company has 30 years in real estate development, maintaining a ‘buy and hold’ portfolio consisting of millions of square feet of Class A properties, and other luxury amenities real estate. The Company stems from entrepreneurial spirit, combined with grass roots experience in land acquisitions, development and management of properties. Founding Partner and CEO, JC Solomon II, started his real estate career in the mid 70’s, working in real estate development and hotel management and founding Cedars of Lebanon, the original parent company.

Involved in mobile home sales and property development in West Virginia, Ohio, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, Mr. Solomon is credited with ownership and management of the largest mobile home park and dealership in West Virginia, and the largest such sales endeavor in West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Ohio. By late 1970’s, J.C. Solomon II expanded the scope of services to include development and management of apartment complexes and office space. Over the last 15 years, Seven Kings Holdings, Inc. and its affiliates have developed and managed over 3,000 apartment units, 400,000 square feet of office space, and four hotel properties. Specializing in buying bank portfolio properties and converting under-performing assets into well-managed, profitable business units, the company then expanded to hotel development and management. Mr. Solomon further led growth into single family, multi-family and office development, and relocated to Florida in 1989.

Seven Kings Holdings, Inc. has a history of being able to identify and create value in under-performing assets, purchasing such properties and transforming them into valuable top-performing portfolio holdings. This transactional and transformational ability has been demonstrated in a wide range of successful developments and acquisitions ranging throughout South Florida.

Converting formerly under-performing assets into well-managed, profitable business units, the Company has a strength and history of acquiring assets under market value, utilizing core management strengths to convert to profitable business and exiting an asset when it meets with strategic company portfolio goals and when market conditions indicate prudent timing.

In 1995, Seven Kings Holdings acquired its first marina property. Currently, Seven Kings Holdings manages or is developing seven marina facilities and is seeking additional assets. From 1976 to 2004, Seven Kings Holdings, Inc. acquired and or developed unique projects with a combined asset value of over $400 million. Projects include: Inlet Harbor Marina, Jupiter Yacht Club, Frenchman’s Marina, Uno Lago Apartments, and Euro Suites Hotel.
