Seven Kings Holdings’ entrepreneurial spirit, combined with grass roots experience in land acquisitions, development and management of properties, provided the impetus to open another division in Morgantown, West Virginia. Utilizing the foresight that has become a beacon for the Company, founder JC Solomon II sensed a need in the growing town of Morgantown for an “all-suites” hotel. Combining the needs of the expanding corporate and medical profession with fall football weekends, the Euro-Suites Hotel opened and operated at near capacity.
Seven Kings Holdings is currently reviewing additional hotel opportunities in conjunction with the expanding Marina Division.
Resort Rentals of Grand Harbor is a vacation rental company owned and operated within the Hotel Division of Seven Kings Holdings. Offering up-scale townhouse and single family residences on a weekly, monthly and seasonal basis, Resort Rentals is a leader in the high-end leasing field.
