Blair      •  Thomas W. Sheppard KENNETH A. BLAIR, MBA DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT Kenneth Blair is a member of the Senior Management Team and is the Corporate/Government Liaison Officer for the Company. Mr. Blair provides extensive liaison activities for the Company with all governmental approvals agencies. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture, and an MBA from Drexel University in Pennsylvania. Mr. Blair has over 32 years of experience in real estate management and development for consultants, lenders, and real estate investors, and has been directly involved in real estate development since 1985. Mr. Blair’s development management expertise focuses on the performance of due diligence acquisition review for government approvals and all phases of building and facilities permitting. He is directly responsible for all pre-construction activities including regulatory agency compliance; his experience is national in scope, and he has been a Florida specialist since 1989.
