KENNETH A. BLAIR, MBA
DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT AND
CORPORATE/GOVERNMENT LIAISON OFFICER

Kenneth A. Blair is a member of the senior management team, and the director of development and corporate/government liaison officer for the Company, providing extensive liaison activities with all government approval agencies, as well as development management expertise. Mr. Blair holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree and an MBA from Drexel University in Pennsylvania.

Mr. Blair has over 40 years of experience in real estate management and development for consultants, lenders, and real estate investors, and has been directly involved in real estate development since 1985. Mr. Blair’s development management expertise focuses on the performance of due diligence acquisition review for government approvals, and all phases of building and facilities permitting. He is directly responsible for all pre-construction activities, including regulatory agency compliance. His experience is national in scope, and he has been a Florida specialist since 1989.
