LINDA D. SEARLES
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Linda Searles is the Vice President of Operations, reporting directly to the President and Chief Operating Officer, and a thirteen year veteran of Seven Kings Holdings. Mrs. Searles is responsible for managing the operations of the Marina Division, Office Building Division and the Human Resources Division for the Company. Mrs. Searles is a specialist in property management; she has an extensive background in real estate property management, including serving as the Property Manager of the current Class A office property One Harbor Place, which the Company holds in Melbourne, FL.
Ms. Searles earned a BS degree in Public Relations and Communications, and has been with the Company since 1994. Mrs. Searles provides extensive human resources management expertise, including benefits administration, policy administration, internal corporate employee relationship management, and management of the firm’s over 80 employees. Mrs. Searles served as Director of Human Resources for Seven Kings Holdings, Inc. since 1997 prior to her December, 2006 promotion to Vice President of Operations.
