MISSION STATEMENT
Seven Kings Holdings, Inc.’s mission is to develop, hold and maintain the finest in residential communities, commercial office buildings, industrial parks and marina development, and to preserve ecological concerns while implementing economically sustainable and sound development practices.
During the past 30 years, the Seven Kings Holdings and its progenitors have distinguished their operations as leaders in the real estate industry by strategically planning and managing a diverse national and Florida based real estate portfolio. The Company’s professional team of financial, real estate, governmental compliance and other real estate management and development specialists is able and committed to providing solutions to any real estate problem.
Seven Kings Holdings is proud of their cooperation and collaboration with State and local governmental agencies, and in their partnership for better ecological practices, including being the first marina in the State of Florida to receive the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) coveted “Clean Marina” designation. Currently , three marina’s in the Seven Kings portfolio have received the “Clean Marina” designation while three others are working toward certification. Newly constructed marinas are being constructed to meet and exceed “Clean Marina” requirements.
