RAYMOND E. GRAZIOTTO, COO
PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Raymond E. Graziotto is a partner, and the president and chief operating officer of the Company. A 1989 graduate of West Virginia University, he has 20 years of national and statewide experience in real estate acquisition, development, and property portfolio management. Mr. Graziotto has provided strategic investment, acquisition, and development expertise with regard to Seven Kings Holdings, Inc.’s key portfolio properties, including marinas, multifamily, single family, office, and other commercial properties, and directed essential business and management services for substantial national growth.

Mr. Graziotto is actively involved in directing all aspects of Seven Kings’ business, including the management of current assets, transactional analysis, decision making, key professional resource decisions, overall management of the more than 240 Company employees, evaluation and selection of new development opportunities, major architectural design decisions, construction permitting, engineering, and other team requirements. Mr. Graziotto is that immediate past chairman and serves on the board of the Loggerhead Marinelife Center in Juno Beach, Florida. Additionally, Mr. Graziotto serves on the Board of the Marine Industries Association of Palm Beach County and is the chairman of the Save the Working Waterfront Committee. He also serves as a trustee for The Benjamin School located in Palm Beach County.
