Paul D. Braica is the chief financial officer of Seven Kings Holdings, Inc. He holds an MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Business, a master’s in taxation from Seton Hall University, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Gettysburg College. Mr. Braica earned his CPA in the state of New York, and transitioned that license to Florida in 1996.

Mr. Braica brings a deep knowledge of treasury function and investment processes to the team. He worked as both an auditor and tax professional for Ernst & Young before moving into private industry. Mr. Braica also worked for several hedge funds in the commodities and fixed income markets.
