Raymond E. Graziotto is a founding partner and the president and chief operating officer of Seven Kings Holdings, Inc. With more than 30 years of experience, he has directed the substantial national growth of the firm’s $1 billion portfolio. Mr. Graziotto takes the lead in all aspects of the company, including the supervision of current assets, transactional analysis, key professional resource decisions, and management of the more than 240 company employees.

A graduate of West Virginia University, Mr. Graziotto has provided strategic investment, acquisition, and development expertise with regard to Seven Kings Holdings, Inc.’s key portfolio properties, including marinas, multifamily, single family, office, and other commercial properties. He is vital to the evaluation and selection of new development opportunities, major architectural design decisions, construction permitting, engineering, and other team requirements.

Mr. Graziotto is committed to Florida’s environment. He is the immediate past chairman and serves on the board of the Loggerhead Marinelife Center in Juno Beach, Florida. Mr. Graziotto is the vice president of the Marine Industries Association of Palm Beach County and chairs the Save the Working Waterfront Committee. He is the past chairman of the board for The Benjamin School in Palm Beach County, and a member of the Florida Council of 100.
